why would someone ban a dude for nothing over 2weeks when its clearly says 3 days in global chat every 10 mins

Yo i need an admin support! this guy called "Chuddy" admin abused my ass, he pvp with me then noclip into me, killed me took my loot then ban me for teaming 14 days?!? WTF DUDE i wasn't even teaming i was just shooting rockets to the roofcamper also when did teaming bans happens to be 2 week instead of 3 days ? without a warning ? i coulnt even explaing myself becuase when i opened ticket he also kicked me from discord aswell
