You can eat the Sandwich forever again! I don't know if you're supposed to be able to do it exactly, but if you bind your fists to a key by putting this into the console (accessed by the "~" button:

bind “H” “use tf_weapon_fists”

you can switch to fists really fast! Now, when you're eating your sandwich, right before the animation's done, press H (or whatever button you want to put it as, I just chose H because it's easier), and you still have your sandwich! Switch back and continue to chow down!
