Problem solved. Now i can play the game without problems on the server.

This is simply the image file that NoxiousNet donators have next to their usernames on the scoreboard and has no bearing on whether you start as a human or a zombie. If you join the server after the wave one intermission you will spawn as a zombie so try joining during the start of a new match.
