Dude... I'm sorry man. But you need to focus on administrative control. Some dude got banned for running with a knife. I don't know what that is, but I'd re-do the entire admin staff man. Check the admin you have, get rid of the lot that are bad, replace them with competent admins. Just some advice.

Hey smokey hate to tell you this but nearly if not all your admins are breaking the rules and some even refuse to ban people for rulebreaking.
Because they were doing it to so that would mean banning themselfs.
I think you may as well shut the server down.
The admins are of zero use.
