So this might sound kinda dumb, but I can't find out how to set this up. I've checked in the settings tab, but there's still nothing that i could see. Anybody know how to set it up for C-S:CZ?

Is this still being developed? Seems pretty dead to me since the last update was 3 years ago.

Late reply but Sledge does not support Prefabs. A simple solution is to open Hammer, place every prefab you want in a map/rmf file and then just open that in Sledge and copy and paste them as you work on your real map. Its quite simple and you get used to it.

Ok so after long time thinking i decided to try Sledge. The tool is great, its not lagging as Hammer, feels much smoother. I like some options that Sledge provide, but as allways there is things that bothers me so much.

First of all WHY CAN'T I FIND PREFABS!?
Second thing how the fck am i supposed to configure Sledge so i can run map? I spent whole day trying like a idiot. Can't find on youtube/forums any tutorial about that

Hammer Editor

Hammer's Source editor is not bad, people just think it's bad because they do things to make it crash and don't understand it. If everyone to work together, we would be able to make the forums for Hammer editor to make sense.

Opinion on Software

With that being said, Sledge editor is defintily on it's way to replace hammer editor. Although, until full Source support is added, it might be a while until it will become popular. I only say this because if it IS a replacement for hammer, the most common games are L4D2 and Garry's Mod (I know I didn't say TF2). So until source support is added, I will not be using this software. It is good software though, and it has a lot of potential.

Source Support

I suggest using Hammer editor for these games: Garry's Mod, L4D2, L4D, TF2, CS:GO, and CSS. When source support is added, that list will go down to L4D2, CSS, and CS:GO. Thank you for reading my comment.

I've been using this lately more than the official hammer for CS:GO and love it. Looking forward to an update. Multi-user support would be absolutely amazing!

when will source support will come?

This looks awesome! So in theory, could one create a Portal 2 map in PeTi (the built-in puzzle editor), export their map (Hammer format) but use Sledge instead?

If so, that would be super sweet!

I am waiting for the multi-player mapping support.
