My vision for Spittfire Gaming would completely reinvent the structure of the community and server from the ground up in a positive way. I imagine a server where you aren't forced to wait a while downloading the content in order for much of the server to be playable. I imagine a server where the staff selection and promotion process is based on merit and no partiality exists towards older members of the community or any other reasons. All matters will be handled with care and input from the community. For example, it will be up to all of you in order to decide on what content will stay, go, or join our server. You will all give your input on the staff selection and promotion process. You will all give input on server events/updates and our forums will be structured quite neatly.
