Ranks in SCOPE will work as said:
F2P TF2 players can only be Member and can not be ranked more than Member
Anyone wanting to become Moderator or Officer must contact the owner.

1. No spamming
2. Don't beg for items
3. This is not a trade group, and we don't want the discussion tab spammed with trade offers, use the chat rooms.
4. No racist, homophobic, or otherwise nasty comments towards others

5. You may write SCOPE after your name with a "|", but adding {ET} after it is only for admins. Doing so without being an admin will get you kicked. If you are a free to play, you cannot use SCOPE in your name at all.
