Scammed me into buying him a game in exhange for an item in Rocket League, but never held up his end and blocked me. I gave screen grabs as well. Steam refuses to give me a refund, and all I can do to my knowlege is report him. Any help is appreciated.

I was so dumb to believe him, but he was my friend, so anyways, he had a trade hold for a gun i had for a tf2 item he had, then i realised my friends item was worth alot less, so i wanted to cancel the hold but there was 1 or 2 days left, my friend told me he would give my items back and i would give his, i trusted him and he was my friend, the he took my items and never gave them back and blocked me, i feel very stupid and angry, pls help his profile http://v1.steam.hlxgame.cc/id/46526423
