What exactly should I look at?

Actually you can literally run INTO him, cones in all game have a huge weakness, that is that the starting point is extremely small, he wants to shock you and you have no way of avoiding it? Run into his face and around him, due to the extremely small cone at the start + small delay on shock you can avoid it 100%, when he starts switching go to a safe zone.
Rinse and repeat and he will waste A LOT of time or he will just straight up chase you without trying to get you to Madness 3.

Doctor is pretty strong but i've found that against him you have to play extremely agressive, run away if you land in his terror radius immedeatly as they will often be searching for screams and not for survivors themselves, fix generators as fast as possible

Who already played the doctor extensively?
I sadly prestiged him to P3 so I am down to level 15 with him.

Anyone here having huge success?
I actually die to him more frequently than most others at the moment.
Escaped 6 died 5 times.
Doctor finally seems to be strong.

Yeah the fourth perk can be fitting to your needs. Thanatophobia is definetly a top tier perk

Thanatophobia is another decent.

Monitor and Abuse + Nurses Calling + Whispers is a perk layout fir for every situation.
