We wiped map 4 at midnight which happend 2 hours after the live update, note to self do not do that again as we get no players and the other servers do!

This map has been increased to 3000 fup from 2750.
This is to ensure the server can survive with a higer population for longer.

Map 4 Wipe Info

Our server will be wiped tonight at 12am GMT (midnight)
Server map will be increased slightly from 2750 to 3000 to increase survivability of players and hopefully get the server lasting 1 extra day before a wipe is needed. Once the server is wiped i will provide an annoucement of the Rust.io map :D

Map 3 Conclusion

Very happy with the progress on the server this map. This Map lasted 3 days which is usually the average time for a server to die out on a duo server. To try make people stay on for longer and give people more survivability i will increase map only by 250 more. Hopefully we can break the 3 days barrier and get this server lasting longer for everyone :)

The Map size will be increased to 2750 this time, as the number 1 complaint we got when we had an unexepected max pop was, the map is too small for fresh spawns. Hopefully adding 500 to the size should correct this without a drastic hit to the effort of farming around and looking for people!

Leave any comments below about other changes we can possible make and me and Darlo will discuss it.

SERVER WIPE INFO (MAP 2)

Server will be up at roughly 12pm UK time.
This will be different from the first map not only will the size go from 3500-3000, but it will also be a TRIO max server instead of DUO.

This can be fustrating for solo players i understand but as a new server i think its best to focus on the majority of the rust player base and stick with a popular server meta which is "SOLO/DUO/TRIO" At the moment.

Having 3 player max instead not only has potential to bring more players, but it also lets more friends be playing in the group they want to be in. Only having 2 max is not a server for peopel that what to have some of there friends on.

I hope you guys understand this change, but i promise these changes will work out for the better in the end!
