How do i " not have enough steam games" when i am connecting? Is 58 games not enough what the hell?

the settings of the old wipe were recorded, I can not put turret with rockets, says that I already have 5 to the total, being that gave wipe...

have all the server plugins been removed? I can not play without some plugins, like home, remove. And please, remove heli crash or nerf the loot, you can get easy 50 c4 and 25 rocket each heli crash.
