I appreciate him too. But I know that he wasnt the best general, since he disobeyed direct orders of the supreme leader, but he was a great general for sure that cared about his troops and the people. He also wasnt a genius. He was a normal person like you and me with a common sense and a good tactical awareness. Rommel cared more for his career than he did about Nazi atrocities, he wanted to be the best in his "job" thats why his battlefield tactics were unmatched.

Hello everyone! Just want to introduce myself. Im a man of few words so dont expect a long introduction... maybe thats the reason I only observe the sub all the time?! Just a few things about me: Im a history buff and collector. I collect uniforms, flags etc. mainly from WW2 as far as my budget allows it. The jewel of my collection is a original Christmas greeting letter sigend by Erwin Rommel himself. (He is my favorit WW2 Person, as you can see :-) And thats why Erwin or better Riko is my favorite girl. (She is the best girl of the series, but you know that already right ?) Hippo Team > everything) Girls und Panzer is my favorite anime, Im sure I dont have to mention why. So lets move one to the Games I play. World of Tanks of course (I try out War Thunder soon!) but also CoD:WaW and other stuff if my time allows it. Did I forget something? Oh yes Im German. So that are enough words from me.
