GameArt Studio, the Indie developer from Berlin informed today that the recently announced top-down shooter A.I. Invasion is available in Early Access on Steam.

A.I. Invasion is set in a post-apocalyptic age and demands lots of strategical skills from trigger-happy players.

The extra-terrestrial A.I. has subdued the whole galaxy with a overwhelming army of machines. In various deadly missions set on different planets of the solar system, players have to face this threat to reclaim the place of mankind in the universe.

He is assisted by a team of special units he has to equip and command and by many special items he has to unlock during gameplay.

Who wants to throw themselves into battle can do that immediately as the game has been released today on Steam in early Access. Until release there will by many content updates and more missions and battle grounds.

Fermi's Path, the action-packed and music-driven arcade game published recently by GameArt Studio is now available as a free demo version.

In Fermi's Path players jump into the role of a particle called Fermi and embark on a voyage along a subatomic path. Driven by the rhythm of the electronic soundtrack Fermi hunts down the highscore as he avoids obstacles and defeats enemy particles.

The demo version contains the complete first 3 Levels of the game – so each player can test the game easily before they decide to get the full version. The full version offers many additional features such as an Infinity-mode, a level editor and popular Steam Community features.

We've toiled, refined and tuned the balancing for you!
We hope you will like the changes which went online with the update of today.

Balancing of particular pickups

• the speed of the pickups "Bodyslam", "Charge Bolt" and of some primary
  
• weapons projectiles was increased by 10% on tiers 5 to 7
  
• the effective duration of the pickups "Flash Bang" and "Stasis Sphere" was reduced
  
• the damage of the pickups "Mine" and "Lock-On Missile" was reduced
  
• the effective range and damage of the pickup "Roommaker" was increased

Campaign balancing

• many challenges in the basic campaigns, especially in the campaign "Buccaneer Blasters" were rebalanced
  
• some challenges in the DLC campaign "Jump Start Tournament" were improved, especially "Time Trial" and "Hit the Target" challenges present a fairer difficutly

Other

• the content of pickup pads was changed so that player now find alternatives to the pickups "Smoke Screen" and "Flash Bang" more often
  
• more pickups were placed on the race track "Aquarii Atoll"
  
• damage of all beam weapons was increased by 10%
