I plan to have events on Alpine in the meantime.

The plan is to have as many events as possible.

So, to help make this happen, I will be trying to get ahold of Commander Gomes.

Let's enjoy it and make the most of it. I have no idea if we will be able to get another clan to sponser us, we can only hope.

I'm posting this to ask, why is Alpine more dead than ever? This is just a discusion topic, but a very serious one at that. This is my favorite map, yet nobody really plays on it much. Any ideas?

If you entounter the imfamous nosound glitch on Alpine after respawning, there's a better fix that just waiting for it to go back to normal!

1) Go into console

2) Type "snd_restart"

3) After a small freeze, all the sound in the game will be reseted, and any sound glitches should be removed!

Note: This can be done on any source game if you incounter ANY sound glitch, such as never-ending Uber sounds, and anything of the like.

If you have a friend that encounters this, tell him about "snd_restart"!

After a few hours of needed repairs in Alpha Omega's website, Alpine's server is now back up and ready to have some bombs dropped into the caps!
