Not vanilla though, not highlander. Almost everything is allowed and it's 9v9.

UGC Highlander is a competetive tournament between 2 teams of either 5, 6 or 9 (Usually) it is vanilla TF2 on stock valve maps, and it is a ladder-style competition to see who the best TF2 players are, you get a shiney medal just for participating.
