Turns out the IP change is permanent. 185.62.206.149:27016 is the new IP.

Due to the hosting service in charge of this server changing data centre location you might need to use another IP to connect to the server for the time being: 185.62.206.149:27016

Hopefully it should be back to the old IP in a not too distant future.
