Anyone plays BF3 now? I certainly will enjot the company of the battle brothers from our chapter.

In regard to Kurtias' question about BF3 and extending our group:

Currently, I am adopting a "wait and see" attitude about BF3. Primarily because of EA and there Origin crapware. I have no doubt DICE is going to give us an awesome, team-based shooter. I've always been a hater when it comes to EA. The list of reasons is long and distinguished.

I'm holding out as long as possible to make my "where I pre-order from?" decision in hopes it will be available on Steam at the last minute (not holding my breath though).

Regardless... I personally will be playing it only on PC. While I do have a PS/3, console shooters and I do not mix. Console tech is years behind a modern PC. What can I say, I'm a sucker for eye candy.

I am completely open to the idea of forming a dedicated group of shooters and vehicle jocks (or jockets) to play BF3. You know me, damn the KDR, I'm in it for the teamwork, the comms, and the win. Let me or Yorki know if you are interested.

WOOT! Fixed ALL my lag problems. I changed NOTHING in Video Settings but disabled Vertical Sync. Apparently the damn patch re-enabled it for some reason. I'm rocking and rolling in a public game atm... NO LAG!

I did some setup on the current vent server. Seems to be working fine now. Only reason I didn't post vent here is because this page is public. S'pose I could post server info and then someone can ask us for the magic word. If we get big enough I can setup a free mumble server instead I s'pose.
