Same, arrived in great shape yesterday. The trackpad and gyro issues will hopefully be fixed soon, seems to be software related.

Mine arrived 3 hours ago, and has NO HARDWARE FLAWS! :D

It wasn't dented, it looks brand new, as if the box wasn't shipped at all. There are several firmware bugs, but ig that takes time to iron out. everything else works flawlessly. I don't even have the clicking on the joysticks some have reported. all buttons work. I got a great unit overall!

Mine is out for delivery… lets see if it really happens.

How long does it take for steam support to respond to you guys? I´ve not heard from them in a day and 12 hours. Is that normal?

At least I‘m not alone in this. After a week of arrived and stored in some random german parcel center, today it finally made its way back home to the Netherlands.
