I'm personally in the UK but I wasn't really referring to myself regarding time zones tbh as the actual time set for the event was fine for me. It was meant as a bit of friendly advice and nothing more as I am running a similar group of a similar size (different game) and I have no doubt I'm going to run into similar issues. Anyway, I hope to participate in a few of your future events so see you then.

I understand my friend, but we have people from all over the world, so someone will always be left out, it's impossible to fix it for everyone.

What I can do is hold the event at several different times, or else let other people perform as well, it is not necessary to always be online as this is to help EVERYONE.

What is your time zone?

Just a thought, you may want to consider time zones etc. first before you go organising events. Additionally hosting events on a Saturday night may not be the best time to attract attention. I would love to help get the online achievements etc. and had made a mental note but just wasn't able to attend due to family commitments.
