Hi Bushy, I think you have to have same level as other person you convoying with to get same jobs, i found it hard to find jobs to same destination from same job town/city origin. If the other players are lower level than me :{ Jobs will be diferent with every diferent person playing, mostly, unless you use same save files or something.
