Planned as a follow-up to Low and Slow, this film looks at the darker side of life in the Mexican-American neighborhoods of Los Angeles. Rival gangs do battle in the streets for control of the illegal drug and weapons trade in their neighborhoods. Members of the historic and notorious "La 38" gang are interviewed in their South Central Los Angeles barrio. Their history goes back to the days of the pachuco and zoot suits. The gang received national notoriety in the early 1940s as a result of the well-publicized "Sleepy Lagoon Murder" and subsequent trial. Over 50 years later the gang has grown in territory, strength and numbers. The violence and fear they breed in South Central Los Angeles has alarmed even the old men who belonged to gang in its early days. Age Limit

The current preffered age requirement to be a member of Vatos Locos is 18+. Some exceptions may apply, but must be approved by the clan leaders.

If anyone lies about their age on the recruitment form or to a recruiter then appropriate action of removal from the clan will take place

Cheating:

Using any hack, cheat, 3rd party enhancements, glitches or any modification that allows the player to have better game play will not be tolerated. We will never allow under any circumstances uphold, participate or support any game play that is altered from an honest game. Cheating will result in instant removal and/or banning from the clan as well as our game servers. Remember, your actions reflect the reputation of the clan.
