As we had quite a stirr this week about VIP permissions and people "abusing" their powers which was not my intent when giving such free permissions such as vote kick, mute, unmute, tempban until map end options but for the good of

the server(s) health but clearly it's not going to work out with alot of new VIPs so I have decided to place new VIPs into a new group called "VIP LIMITED" which will only have the options: sm_mute, sm_unmute, sm_votemap

Limited VIPs will still enjoy player trails and the upcoming Player Models such as batman, deadpool etc.


Added: "item" "sm_tempban"
to the sm_admin menu. for Admins/VIP can now select it from the menu instead of using the console, does not apply for Limited VIP.

Fixed change to "random" casual mode by deleting the mapgroup of Casual and creating a custom Surf selection.

Added Immunity levels, VIP should not be able to kick other VIPs or Admins, but Admins have higher immunity than VIP and so forth.
