Hi mate, It's better to write a new topic in right section but for this time we can write here. HardenedBSD forked the FreeBSD codebase, too the FreeBSD's security-enhanced. It takes a holistic approach to security by hardening the system and implementing exploit mitigation technologies. FreeBSD has included those innovations and any other FreeBSD-based project.
OpenBSD Originally was forked from NetBSD by Theo de Raadt, so it's a system that supports a large number of devices. Has an advanced encryption security system that allows you to isolate the single process and more other. It also has a source code extremely clean with a strict policy to compile the code clean over the time. Only two remote holes in the default install, in a heck of a long time! In addition this project released under the BSD 2-Clause license, that's recognized as free license, but is not copyleft:8bitheart:

FreeBSD POWER!

What? You must learn and more .
The BSD 2-clause license is compatible with the GNU GPL. In Addition, the FSF encourages users to be specific when reffering to the license by name. The original BSD license is not compatible with the GNU GPL --> Study, study and study here.. [en.wikipedia.org] . OpenBSD is released with the BSD 2-clause license --> It's compatible but it's not copyleft license like GNU GPL. There are the differences. If you don't know anything, you can ask the questions but please don't write crap and go to study.

Isn't BSD a cuckold licence ? True freedom is GPL.

Hi Kenpys

Hi Guraan - eheh friend you are welcome, the compatibility is not native but with wine or compiling the STEAM´s source is possible to game with OpenBSD. For example I use wine and it is worked, but now I want compile the sources, the game experience is well but with this OS It needed the video cards with free firmware supported. The games are more stable and can play well :steammocking:
