Even though I don't play Minecraft all that often, this is a server I can call home . There exists a handful of active players which I wouldn't hesistate to call ANCIENT in terms of the server. Being a faithful member for over a year, I can tell those of you who have never heard of The One Server... that: If you act as though you are part of the community immediately after you join the server, and you act as though you are competent and mature, then you will be well loved. Some more than others. ;p
