We're a new Indie company that just formed a few months back. We decided to kick things off with a puzzle game called Depixtion that is based off of the Picross formula.

Picross has been pretty much the same for the last 25 years, with most games being released by Nintendo-owned developer Jupiter. Since the genre has stagnated, we thought we would switch things up by incorporating a color mixing mechanic. We took it to E3, where quite a lot of people played and loved it! We've been reaching out to Curators who we thought would be interested in checking Depixtion out, hoping to show everyone some Picross goodness! My name is Yan Dawid and I am presenting to you my solo project Metanoia. It is currently in Early Access on Steam for PC, Mac and Linux. It is a first person adventure set inside the mind; you start on a central hub area, a peaceful tropical island, that has entry points to various levels each representing a mental illness. The game is setting out to be more of an interactive experience than a traditional game; each area takes on a different video game genre and uses gameplay mechanics to represent symptoms.

The current Early Access version releases officially on 23 May 2018 at 08:00 PDT and contains a hub world, two full levels, a temporary ending and plenty of unlockables and replay value.
