Hi Hispanian! Fort Knox was also a PC map which has already been ported to Nightfire: Source. At the moment our development team is working on Skyrail which is in its beta phase playable. We will port more maps later on!

I would really like to see some console maps like Atlantis, Fort Knox and Sub Pen 😃

@Unlucky Mango There is a difference between the pc and the console version of the game.

Nightfire Source is not abandoned at all, and there are two official servers running. Visit the forum, there are help forums to fix your server list not working.

i just have to say if u would like more players then u should host a server on nightfire source and if u are i cant see it for what ever reason.

@тяuє You could always go the RF:G Community Group route and have set days and times for events, with some imput from members once you start. They do theirs on Saturdays and it has helped organize the community and revitalize the multiplayer.

You could always try to leave a suggestion on the forums. A developer might have a look on it.

@OCDgamer - At the moment we are working on porting the standard maps in HD, which also includes Fort Knox as it was a NightFire (PC) map.

will there be gamecube maps? (Snowbound, fortnox, etc.)

Our plans are still to release the full game. There used to be demo's and holiday releases (alpha). However we are working on a new version (stable and more HD content, such as maps) so the latest downloads may be not available anymore. If i knew there was a source version of this game before, i would have supported your project long time ago. This is so cool, i hope you'll release the full game (mod). Is there any playable content yet ? a demo for example ?

@jiislags - In the beta version is the HL2 cart that hasn't been removed yet for fun. We're not sure if we add a fun mode containing vehicles. They most likely won't have a come back in the classic game modes.

Are you currently working on small vehicles specifically miniature helicopters and tanks like the ps2 version of the game?

It's even today still playable! And if you love Nightfire Source and want to give us some advice or just have a talk with us, please join us on the forums via our website! We can also help you from the forums to play the original PC game.
