Department Manual Contest!

We have decided to start a contest. The point of this contest is to create a manual for a department of your choice and post it on the forums. You can have up to three entries/tries.
First Place: Dota 2 or Nuclear Dawn key (one of them)
Second Place: The Remaining game from First Place.
Third Place: Donator status in-game.

I've got to say - I love this forum provider. I've found a nice style to fit the banner I've created. Lag free, Ad free, nice panel, features, boy, it's awesome.

The New Hierarchy

After speaking with rain, we've decided a couple things:
1. Everyone leading a server is simply not possible. There is no way to keep peace without one or few people being above others.
2. This will be our rank structure: Owner -> Head Administrator (1) -> Super Administrator -> Administrator -> Trial Administrator.

The Head Administrator will, most likely be Fittsboy.
Laurence has been designed as a Super Administrator, hoping he will show good results.

Super Administrators have the ability to demote and Head Administrators the ability to promote and demote.
Following facts:
1. Head Administrators are head administrators. They don't have to ask us each time they want to demote someone, they lead their admins.
2. Super Administrators are required to speak to the Head Administrator before taking action.
3. Special Permission may be given to certain players. For Example, Lordi, a Super Administrator has the permission to demote without speaking to the Head Administrator.

The Name of the community will be 'The Nexus Complex', [NC] as a abbrevation.
