I recently received a permanent Overwatch ban in Counter-Strike 2 for “external software assistance.” I understand only Valve can remove bans and I am not asking for an unban.

I was hoping you might be willing to check my demo games and give your honest opinion on whether my gameplay looks suspicious.

I already checked my PC processes, startup programs, and installed software and did not find any cheats. I did notice I had peripheral programs running (HyperX Ngenuity, SteelSeries GG, and Razer software). They are normal hardware tools, but I’m wondering if something in my gameplay may have appeared assisted in the replay.

I have 5000+ hours in CS and genuinely just want to understand what may have looked unnatural so I can avoid it in the future.

My name is Nikky and ive been playing this game for a while now. ever since ive started playing at home ive managedd to callibrate for about 11k on premier but since then, whether playing with my friends or solo qeueing ive gotten hard stuck under 5k and i cant seem to get out. ive had good matches where i could hold a kd above 1.5 and my friends would tell me if we are playing high levels then i preform better than i do on 5k lobbies but i just cant get out. with my wins meaning i get about 100-250 rating back and losses being -300 + i just dont know what to do... the teammates ive been getting cant tell where the enemy is if theyre being shot at, the cant hear if someone is planting near by, dont use comms or if i do, i get harassed due to my gender. Hello Haix, im a 2k elo player but my friend who is 15k elo i beat him really easy even on his ping i cant play agaisnt silvers in 2k elo priemer because they are so weird, but i can play agaisnt good players like 10-20k elo in community servers, i have 490h and im trying to get good i need to know if im really bad or i jst got unlucky with low mm hiden rank every day when i queue up priemer i get retarded teammates i try to play very much to get good i am a good player compared with my rank im not a egoist but im killing better players than my rank and winning games i am 13years old and im trying to get good if you can help me please do.
