I changed the map for you but I don't have that issue myself.

Hello, we changed the map to bhop_apathy, and when connecting to the server the game freezes)

I've restarted the server so it should be fine now.

Were you playing a map for too long? Sometimes if you join after it's been on a map all the time overnight you need to change map.
I can try and restart it too when I get a chance (no one else playing) as it's been up for a while.
