cyberpunk ghosttown glitch

Im fuckin stuck at ghost town cause an enemys glitched out of the level, i found one below the floor and was able to kill it, but it still says area hostile and says defeat nash and his enemies. I dont wanna replay that shit, how tf can i fix.
