Hello fellow Malcontents. Clutch here. A few of you will've already heard the news, but more than a few of you probably haven't. About an hour ago, we learned from Mal's brother that Mal passed away last week after a long illness. We have no plans on scrapping the community; the Steam group, Discord, Facebook group and YouTube channel, as well as Mal's Twitter, will all remain up. I am sorry to be the bearer of this heartbreaking news. Thank you for helping make his, and in turn all of our lives better. Stay true. Stay amazing. Take care.

Clutch from Mal's XCOM videos here, wanting to give everyone an update on my life situation. Recently my phone decided to do a dumb and install several software updates one after another, effectively turning it into a brand new device. While I didn't lose anything, certain things aren't working like they used to. So until I can figure out what the problem is, I'm going to keep the thing out of sight and mind unless an emergency of some kind crops up.

But that's not the big issue that I've been dealing with as of late. Some of you already know this, but I'm going to be undergoing major surgery on October 5. I'll be having a series of benign tumors removed from my back. The expected recovery time is three weeks, wherein I'm supposed to remain as inactive as possible so that I don't pull my stitches. So if people here send me messages, or call me out on videos or whatever, and I don't respond? That's why.

I can't believe I didn't notice your group until yesterday, I'm a terrible subscriber X_x. Currently running through your superhuge backlog of stuff, starting with Mal Base 1 and your old XCOM. That should keep me busy for a while o/ Hope to see everyone around!

FYI NEW XCOM 2 Series begins tomorrow!

Hey folks. Random sub from Mal's channel here, any chance someone here would be interested in a joining an endless space disharmony MP match at some point?
