Low-usage servers to be duty-cycled

A graph of server usage over 2019 should be available for viewing here. Since the start of the year, The Centre, Scorched Earth, and Ragnarok have had virtually no usage (around 5 hours over 5 months). To minimise host load, these servers are planned to be duty-cycled so that they will only be online and available on Saturdays. Please post comments if you would prefer alternative arrangements.
