The promised walk of peace is the TWOP but nerfed.Even if haves a very low timeand not able to cast i fast,anyone wearing havels would have a litle problem.
Altough his effecto seems a bit low and MAY not work.

Sadly, I don't have a dedicated build to support a 30 Intelligence / 40 Faith spell. Perhaps I can spice down the requirement, but that influences the spell duration. If need be, I can help with the testing.

Has anyone had the chance to try out Promised Walk of Peace? Appearently, it multiplies your weight by 1.4, meaning that most tank builds will now fat-rol. Easy targets, perhaps?

recently made a startling discovery Soul Appease= Tactical Nuclear Strike ( I know it's not that new but I haven't seen it much )

Dark fog is okay,but can be cured,whispers of despair is good against havels because he is wearing a heavy armour to have a ♥♥♥♥ load of defense,he need many vit to use it,if you cast WOD is will low its defence making like he is wearing silk,+ it will be trouble to him since he is sacrifing speed for defense.Dark Fog can be used afterwards.

V What about Dark Fog? That's really good against Havels.

Mage Advice:
Use Whisper of despair against heavy armoured enemies,no matter his/her armor it will low to 100 physical resistance,not testet yet with great magic barrier.
If you use any melee this can be mostly usefull.
