We finally picked a new name for the channel and as we cannot change the steam group name we have opened a new group!

Important Notice For Viewers & Streamers

The following message is rather important for anyone who is a part of LemonRedvolution, regardless of if you are a streamer or a viewer! I have decided to write and post this entirely on my own:

To the best of my knowledge, me (Seeric), Sandball, SacrificialToast, LordSloth, Asylum, Bob Locke, Dark, FrootyLoopsSamurai (FLS), Doseku, Baragon, Nobunegro, Porcelain Cow, Quasie, Raspb3rries, DocDoc, and Shoobs have all been effectively locked out of the LemonRedvolution Twitch channel by Red and Buck without either of them saying a word to any of us (I had to discover it on my own when I tried to log into the channel and it seems like I was the first one to find out). I may have missed one or two people on that list or it might be that not everyone listed above is locked out so I'm sorry if any of that information is incorrect. Anyone whose personal channel was previously auto-hosted, such as Doseku, is also presumably no longer hosted. I wish I could give more specifics and be more certain of these details, but that would require actually being told anything by the people responsible for this in the first place.

If you're one of the people listed above and this is your way of finding out about it, but you're still interested in streaming on LR with Red and Buck then I'd suggest messaging one of them to see. I have no idea if they'll let you stream on the channel since they have done this without so much as a word, though I'm also not sure if you would really want to stream on a channel where the owners would at least temporarily lock you out without any notice at no fault of your own.

In other words, if you liked watching me stream indie games and bad Zelda fangames, watching Cow stream 4x strategy games, watching Sandball stream games with pictures and live video of his cats, or watching Toast play pretty much all sorts of stuff, none of that will be appearing on the Twitch channel anymore. If you liked any of the Jackbox/Drawful group stuff or anything else streamed in the last year or so that *also* likely won't be appearing anymore as, judging by the Steam group event notices, the last time either Red or Buck streamed on here was over a year ago so none of that stuff was theirs. There will likely still be streams on LR, but I have no idea of what nor necessarily by whom and certainly not how frequently.

To be clear, everyone who has been locked out of LR will be regrouping at a new channel as soon as we think of a name (at least, as far as I'm aware anyway since this is sort of the problem that occurs when you screw someone over without at least telling them you're screwing them over) and since Sandball is the one who created and has maintained the LR Discord for about a year that will still be around, though it's going to have to get a new name as well. I'll let everyone know what the new Twitch channel name is in the Something Awful stream thread once we have it set up and I'll stream on it at the same time too, that way I'm not just clogging up the stream thread without having a stream. Meanwhile, I'll still be streaming on my personal channel and Doseku and Shoobs will still probably likewise be streaming on theirs.

If you have any name suggestions for the Twitch channel just let me or pretty much anyone else know on Steam (still not sure as to who will actually be running it, it might be me but it might be someone else too since this whole thing is kinda sudden and unexpected). Feel free to also message me on Steam if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them based on what I know and if you just want to hang out on Steam or Discord that's fine too.

Anyway, even though I'll still be around on my personal channel and will be back on the new group channel, I want to sincerely say thanks for watching everyone, it's meant a lot.

I suspect this will get deleted so if you have any friends in LR that might be interested in knowing this information it would help a lot if you could spread the word.

P.S. Sorry you're really stuck in the middle of all this nonsense Lemon.

TL;DR It's a bit anticlimatic to put this here but in short nearly everyone has been locked out of the channel for the foreseeable future by Buck and Red, neither of whom have streamed on the channel in over a year, but we're making a new channel so just PM me on Steam for questions or if you have a good channel name.

Anyway I hope you enjoy it. I'll most likely be using it for any of my streams.
