Sorry to say but like I said, no excuses.
You have to build another base somewhere, if you want to have multiple refinerys or assembler, this is just to prevent a massive lag for everyone.
And yes, I would consider arc furnaces as refinery aswell.
Just build another small refinery/assembler station 500-1000m away from your other base and you are good, does not need to be anything huge or fancy..

I've read now these rules and i have to grind my refineries form the station :( However your said taht the limit is two: are Arc Furnaces considered as Refineries? And if it is possible can we put more than 2 refineries? (We have tons of ores to refine)
