Alright now there is also the L4D2 server and we also have Ventrilo :P
L4D2: to host in console type mm_dedicated_force_servers 173.230.158.28:27018 then you can just host a game on any game mode.
Note: if you want a few custom maps let me know and I shall get with Alex on the possibility.

Hey everyone in LK just a heads up if you ever need a server to go to on TF2 the IP to connect to for IMMC is 173.230.158.28:27015
The server has a built in music player. To use the music player !request to request a song in the list and !volume to change the volume (example: !volume 50) Oh i forgot to mention that the music player even has a built in Karaoke feature. :P The playlist is currently small atm. BUT we are taking ideas as to what to add. There is a Forum on www.immc-gaming.net under TF2 Server section :P
