GTTV Ep. 123: Portal 2 & L4D Series News

Tom here watching the premiere of the new GTTV while taking details for the people who are missing it. I'll be sure to post up the link to this episode when it's up ASAP.

Ok, so most of this episode will cover up with Portal 2, and has some details for L4D and L4D2, and a small portion of unrelated games to Valve.

Portal 2:

Starting of this episode has Geoff interviewing Eric Wolpaw of Valve about the latest and exclusive coverage for GTTV on Portal 2.

Wheatley's Voice Actor Change:
As you guys know, Wheatley was voice acted by a worker of Valve that was presented at the Portal 2 E3 '10 Demos. Everyone loved the voice, but unfortunately, Valve is changing the voice.

Co-Op Campaign:
You play as two robots that are being put through GLaDOS' test. GLaDOS wants them to learn about human relics, to become more like humans. A small preview was shown about the co-op campaign showing the new robots.

Return to PS3:
Geoff is now talking with Erik Johnson about the E3 surprise that Valve presented for Portal 2 that is coming to PlayStation 3. Steam Cloud will also be supporting the PS3 Version of Portal 2 with automatic updates (this is old news to most I hope).

Release Date:
Portal 2 is coming out February 9, 2010 with hope that the game will not be delayed once more.

Left 4 Dead DLC 3:

Geoff's starting of the section with the Left 4 Dead DLC 3 with an interview with Chet Falisek. In their brand new lobby!

The Sacrifice:
This DLC will lead up to the events of our favorite survivor's death - Bill. Before that has a comic being released explaining how he died and what's upcoming.

Comic:
Comic is going to start being released in parts starting September.
