Hey guys, Kam here. I've decided to start organizing practice nights for us to practice on. These nights will be for serious practice. If it turns out that Sunday does not work for some people, I will consider moving it, but for now, we'll try Sundays.

On official practice nights:

• If we have 10 or more, we will do inhouses amongst ourselves. These are for PRACTICE PURPOSES ONLY!
  
• If we have 5 or more, we will do CM matchmaking.
  
• If we have less than 5, we will do AP/RD matchmaking. These games will be taken quite seriously.
  
• Please keep in mind that all of these are for practice and education purposes only. Keep your emotions in check, and if someone gives you some constructive criticism, do not take it personally and try to learn from it. This goes for everyone! (including me!)
  
• In addition, please offer constructive criticism to anyone!
  
• On the flipside of that, if you are being critical with no constructive focus, please stop immediately and excuse yourself from the call if need be. Do the same if your temper flares up.
  
• We may occasionally host scrimmages with other teams that I can schedule on these days. If that is the case, a squad of five will be picked by me. Our roster for that game, once confirmed, will be posted, and messages will be sent out as soon as possible, either confirming or denying your participation. If you are not chosen, please use this time to better your own skills in matchmaking.

I hope that this event is a large success, and that we may continue to do it into the future.

The first practice night will be Sunday, December 2nd, starting at 7:00 PM CST (10:00 PM EST)

EDIT: One person said that they'd prefer Sunday. If Sunday would work for all of you, please mention that too!

Putting together a second clan team to help with scrims and practices

This is directed towards Noob, Parker, Brad, and Tristen, although it applies to all members. Parker won't see it since he's not in the group, and the rest of y'all won't see it since you never check for announcements anyway, but I'll spam link it to you anyway.

What happened during that match (ID 1039938) was completely unacceptable for any professional organization to do. We are trying to move forward as a professional organization and I would hope and expect that everyone else would assist me in this goal. Despite any form of rationalization used to explain your behaviors, the facts of the matter are as thus:

• Sand King disconnected.
• The opposing team paused in order to wait for him to reconnect.
• You guys continually unpaused.

As a result, KGB will now operate under a new rule:

• If the other team pauses while one member of the other team is disconnected, all KGB members are expected to wait at least 5 minutes before unpausing. This is continuous among all pauses (i.e. after the first five minutes, you can unpause the second pause as soon as the game allows you to).
