The latest STEAM update broke MM:S and SM, but they had a new build and I installed everything. It's working perfectly. Happy FRAGGING peeps!

I have ported the entire server over to Source Mod. No more mani. What this means is stability, simplicity, and great gameplay. I have a few tweaks to make, but no problems as far as I can tell. Everything should be 100% with no crashes. If you see something you want changed or an issue of any kind, or a suggestion in general, let me know on killercity.org. ADMINS- you need to give me your steam ID in the thread I started in the admin forum on the kc website. That is, if you want your admin status back. New menu is much easier, and better, in my opinion.

I slightly updated the features thread in the gg forum but not 100%.
I will work on an updated MOTD, a GG Feature/command/gameplay list, and new admin feature list (last). This is all for your information only, you can figure it out in gameplay.

Steam released an OB update for CS:S and TF2.

I noticed it and updated quickly tonight at 2 AM when I got home from work.

THROWING KNIVES are disabled as the mod stopped working. I will be looking into this Sunday. We may have to wait for a mod update to restore this unless I get real clever-like.

ELIMINATION

You will now respawn if your attacker dies. You will not respawn if your attacker dies then his attacker dies immediately.

This will keep happening until one team eliminates the other team entirely. Believe it or not, rounds stay relatively short but have potential to last longer. It is fun, and you get more gameplay. You may disagree, however, and I encourage feedback.

When only bots are left they will be auto-slayed, so respawning will not happen 98% of the time. (Immediate death of your attacker/killer may enable a respawn when playing only bots)

1. Each new member must post a message in any of the forums mentioning who sent them. (Hopefully they post a little more than just that.) This is how we will tally. User edited messages are acceptable. Admin edited messages are not counted. IP's will be checked (no fake accounts!)

3. If you invite members to our Steam group, every 4 members count as 1 website member. They must post a Steam group comment stating who sent them, or it can not be counted.
