Check out this game by Syndicate http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FRXviQH4R_M . The team co-ordination is AWESOME. They do damage in pairs often, but in particular have a look at that 15:20 syndicate push, OMFG!! I just watched it like 6 times without sound on. Sending in the demo, then scout, then pyro! Lining up the Syndicate sniper, Jake, boxing SNSD into a corner then getting the hdshot on the medic. Heavy holds to take care of solly jumping then cleans up. SO GOOD! I am not saying we need to plan all this stuff exactly, but it was calculated chaos by each of the players. Something to aim for.
