The leader of a nation is a clan leader representing that nation with most members. So far, Squid has a German clan of about 2,400 people and he should rightfully be the leader of Germany, whereas, Louis should be the leader of France, for his French clan has the most members. GB should be the leader of Britain, for he has the most members in Britain. I do not know much about Louis's Spanish and Italian territories, but I would have to justify your clans and I have to further investigate. Sultan of the Ottoman? I think there is one clan bigger than his. Tsar of Russia has been taken. I have decided to place my Fruition Empire in Russian territory and that is viable, because our clan has about 11,000. Archduke of Austria has his own clan of 100 people, which makes him the leader of Austria-Hungary. Venice? He would have to show me. The territories will change only by Steam warfare.
