Depending our PC spec. my laptop are a low end netbook from 2013 and using a processor just same as 2008 Intel Core 2 Duo U7700 1.33GHZ (but mine laptop are uses AMD C70 1.33GHZ) and i think using same Graphics Card just same as NVIDIA GeForce 8400GS 256mb (But mine are uses AMD Radeon HD 7290 256MB)

If your laptop processor are 2016 Intel Celeron or 2014 Intel Core i3 Notebook Processor but only uses Intergrated Intel HD Graphics card maybe it will increase 30+ FPS after installing ur cfg

Hey Misty, Your FPS CFG is helped me much it gave me more 10 fps tf2. i used to have 7-50, Average 25FPS (in 2Fort Shana Server and without your CFG) but after i put your CFG i got 19-70FPS, Average 35FPS (In 2Fort Shana). If you want to know my pc spec you can check my steam profile description.

And now for the suggestion:
-You should change the Shortcut for Suicide in TF2, Welp after put your CFG in my TF2 the normal shortcut for suicide is F12 and maybe it will be confusing other people after installed your cfg
-Also can you pls remove "Enemy Medic Down" Shortcut by pressing 3. I always press 3 before I installed your CFG and after installing CFG it kinda confusing me bit.
