JTF2 is carrying its success into Battlefield 3.

A number of our members have moved to the PC or Xbox 360 for this title, and we wish them both luck and fun. As for those who chose to remain on the PS3 platform, party up and lets take out some crates!

I hope everyone has read the "Clan Future Verdict" thread, and is aware of the new activity requirements. In light of these changes, Solid_Shock has officially stepped down from the co-leader position because he is unable to perform the necessary administrative duties at this time. This leaves a vacancy in the second co-leader slot, which I am here to fill. I decided to promote this particular officer because not only is he active both in-game and on forums, but he also takes initiative to help make this clan greater. He has all my support in his ongoing effort to build up a JTF2 presence in MAG. With that said, I think it's fairly obvious who this person is...

Congratulations JediNinja. You have been promoted to the rank of co-leader. You will now have access to the Administration Control Panel of this forum, and share the responsibilities of leading Joint Task Force 2 to greater success alongside redd_dragons and myself. Feel free to ask us if you need anything. Solid_Shock will also be able to help as he is, after all, the longest serving (ex) co-leader.

Solid_Shock has been made the Global Moderator of this forum. He will continue to have access to the Admin CP, and is now responsible with monitoring forum activity, as well as assisting me in keeping all pages up to date. Hopefully those roster and hierarchy threads can now finally be used as a reliable reference. Do not try and test the new forum activity rule now that we have a set of eyes specifically for these purposes.

This change creates a severe shortage of officers, and so stay tuned for possible promotions in the near future!

The clan has received updates for the new year, including:
- updated ranks
- updated roster
- link to JTF2's YouTube channel (found at the top of the main page)
- Officers have been granted "global moderator" status (ability to moderate all forums)
- Commander of SOEC's moderator abilities reduced to SOEC forum
- accessibility settings for all titles updated to reflect hierarchy changes

Aside from the changes listed above, notable ongoing efforts include:
- "Clan Future" future thread located in the "General Discussion" forum
- planning of possible upcoming meeting(s) in the JTF2 Clan chat room
- adding new JTF2 members to the JTF2 Steam Group

Remember to visit the clan website frequently for even more updates!
