New config for frus

A new configuration for frus has been released, named Rotoblin, and we now have it currently installed on the server.

It severely reduces item density, including Pills, Mollys, Pipes, and Gas/Propane cans.

I have now upgraded to Apoplexy Industries server provider. New IP: 74.122.197.146

We now have 16 slots, 8 normal, 8 spectator.

Changing GSP

I will be changing the GSP over from Gameservers to Apoplexy Industries next month. Basically, this means better hit registration and more slots.
