the movie ♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucked... the script and 'funny parts' were for middle schoolers, to enjoy the movie u'r lame but to watch it 6 times.. wow gtfo

Avatar just passed over the $1 billion mark worldwide putting it on track to take the number 2 spot right under Titanic possibly this week.

Just saw Avatar again tonight, can't get enough of it. Avatar just broke the record of the larget gross on New Year's Day; $25.2 million in the USA. I'm sure it will make this if not more tonight and Sunday. This movie could be as big as Titanic!

okok I want to see the film again with my friend in 3D. He has seen it already in 3D. So now I'll watch the movie again and again!!!!!!

To put it simply you're missing out if you haven't seen it in 3D. Cameras were specifically made for this movie to create a 3D experience. I would see it in 3D if you haven't yet already.

My mother is put off by science fiction movies; I can't tell you how much she despises Star Wars. She said she wouldn't enjoy Avatar but I said on the contrary. Well she got a glimpse of it the other day, about an hour's worth and now she can't wait to see it with my brother and me. Avatar already made over $600 million worldwide and it has only been out for two weeks. I'll be seeing it again real soon.

i ll watch AVATAR second time at saturday !! yeah the story is brilliant, the figures awesome and the story too.. cameron said on " Computer Bild Spiele" that he has a lot of ideas for avatar 2 .. he ll make avatar 2 if the fans want it :)

my only issue with avatar is the plot line because thematically, it is very similar to many other movies. Other than that it is absolutely brilliant. If they were to do a sequel than it would have to be a better than its predecessor (which will be extremely difficulty since Avatar was awsome). BTW if anyone has the avatar game on ps3 my name is thevizard07.

yeah, I agree with Ishimura. The way the movie ended, it might be hard to come up with a good sequel

I originally saw this movie in regular 3D and was blown away and now I'm going to see it in IMAX 3D tomorrow, I can't wait. I hope Avatar enjoys all the success it deserves. I even purchased the soundtrack on iTunes! I don't know what the sequels could be about though. I mean *SPOILERS* Jake is now a Na'vi permanently and they defeated the human mercenaries who were transported to Pandora. I would assume that Jake is now the Chief of the Omaticaya tribe and him and Neytiri would have a family as well. The only real way the sequels could progress is if the humans come back in another 5 years and 9 months with reinforcements. I pray that Cameron comes up with something more original however.

Any ideas on what the sequels will be about? Cause, I seriously cannot wait to see them.

I just watched this movie a couple hours ago. It is a movie that MUST be watched on A HUGE SCREEN. no tv is gonna cut it, folks :( that sad thing is, when i want to watch it again, it won't be nearly as exciting.. i just want to say, THIS MOVIE F*CKNG ROCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Avatar has been 14 years in the making. With an estimated budget of around $300 million it is the most expensive movie, ever created. More than 1000 people have worked on bringing the movie to live.
A new camera-system allows to make shoots completely in 3D.
The film will be 60% animated and 40% filmed.
