Hey guys, new server is up for KF2 and you can come play anytime you want.

I will be needing admins or community contributor, so let me know if you want access to it.

This is but one step towards the greater goal of reviving this community so as I've promised I will try to bring this great community back in one piece until Ort returns.

Hello Everyone, idk if any of you still remembers the good old days when ZMU, ZMR, and ifzero.org server was up...

Looking back it has been such an honor and priveilige to have served alongside you all people. A popular server is not popular because it is well-maintained by the administratior. A server is popular because it's filled with talented, funny, and dedicated players that all want one thing: To have a good time and fun.

As someone who's been since near the beginning. (1 year after creation of ZMU), I want to say that I really do miss this group. My time playing on this server is something that I cannot possibly forget (2007-2012). ZMR was my life and my soul.

So, as we enter 2017, I want to ask all of you present here a question...

Should we revive Ifzero.org, as a community and build what was once an unforgettable past? I am now at Ort's age when he was running these servers.

Ever since I was 13, I've been part of ZMR, and ifzero.org commuinity. While I was not the most popular admin, I'd like to think of myself as a cruel but fair one.

This isn't something that is mandatory or obligatory. I have no control over this group, and all decisions will be reached by Ort...

So I call upon you admins... I miss you all, and how are you doing?

Many things have happened and many things are still happening. And to be perfectly honest, I should make even more things to happen...

Anyway, relating to ZMR development and the servers. Because of something extremely embarassing happened (so much that I don't really want to mention it -- but the fault is 100% on my part) that is set back is a serious way. But I am currently (re)starting the project again. I will try to get everything running out as soon as possbile (with the things that are going on in my life).

One main change I am trying to do is to lower the requirements of the plugin. At this moment by following too much Console's concept, the plugin requires dedicated servers which are rather expensive. Even if money is not a problem, it's not sensible or efficient the way things are done. So I am writing from scratch the whole storage and database system. Hopefully it can reduce the cost of a regular setup from +£100 to ~£30. Of course, I need to see how things will go.

I guess, no matter how much I try to be evil...I don't want to see this community to die out more. Sorry about all this...

If this person sends you a message such as "proud to give you a free game at steamjump.t35.com" do not accept. What it will do is bring you to the steampowered login page, but when you login with your username and info, he will recieve them both and thus steal your account. If he messages you, make sure to block all communications.

After Ort's many hours of "arduous coding, the votekick and voteban functions are finally implemented. Just simply type /votekick(ban) or select vote option in your /zmr menu. From ort:

"Just a small note, you need at least 4 players to initiate a kick, 7 players for a ban. This also apply for the later stage of the vote, for example, because of the abstention option you'll still need 4 voters for kick and 7 voters for ban. For kick, it uses the 2/3 majority rule (66.7%) to pass and for ban the 4/5 majority rule (80%) to pass."
