-Dosnt have every single players back.
- Kicked people from games and thinks its funny.
- Dosent Listen to advice.

-Isnt 15+ (Cant compete in esea, or cevo.
- Doesnt come to practice. Infact barley anyone but me comes.
- He underpreformes.
-Dosn't take it seriously.

Ruthless isnt fully kicked from HyCe. yet.

Hello Everyone,

Today I am making a post about the new logo. The logo was made a while back, however some people have a different version or may just want a download for their one.

There are 6 Different Logos. One is a blank one for a group use. And 5 individual ones. These have a coloured background. The colours are: Green, Orange, Blue, Purple and Yellow. Please pick the colour you normally play as ingame. To find this go in-game and create a lobby, here above your name and icon you will find a little coloured arrow. This is your in-game colour. You can change this however it might be good to find out who in your team has what colour so you don't end up having the same colour/logo.

Good evening, Hyper Ascendancy of North America,

As I'll be away and unable to play CS:GO for more than a month, I'll be transferring the role of "NA Team Captain" to LPX, our newest player, for that time.

LPX has demonstrated a strong interest in assuming these responsibilities, which include, but are not limited to:

Being the lead organizer of team-related events, including team practices, clan wars, and just collective fun sessions.
Being the forefront of recruiting any new players onto the NA team, which involves interviewing applicants to meet the criteria and gauge whether a certain applicant would be fit to join the team.
Getting the CEVO thing figured out, if possible (PUGs, Paladin Client, when Season 8 registration starts, etc.), and looking into other organized CS:GO leagues catered to players in the team's skill level as necessary.
Overall making the NA team bigger and better while also aiding the EU team and the global group accomplish the same thing.

Since he's volunteered for this position while I'm away, I'm holding him accountable to a high standard. As the interim team captain, he will temporarily assume responsibility as the role model for the NA team, and be the face of the values Hyper Ascendancy represents (positivity, determination, and a commitment to self-improvement).

In other words, he's supposed to be me for a month, so do what you will with that thought.

I leave June 27 and return August 10, and so he'll be interim captain during that time.

Feel free to share any feedback with me on how he's doing over Steam message (do not expect an instant reply, however). In the unlikely event the interim captain abuses his power in any sort of way, please Steam message ybloC, the Steam Group leader.

Long live the road to a Hyper Ascendancy.

Hey, guys,

Colby and I tonight adjusted some permissions to the group chat. Notable changes include the following:

All HyCe. players can create / edit events and announcements (promote spontaneous and/or organized play and/or practice sessions)
All HyCe. players can select the Player of the Week (intended to let peers recognize teammates who are outstanding at that time)
All HyCe. players can recommend games (for fun)

Also, permissions were adjusted to let administrators promote those necessary to admin rank.

That said, other than the group owner Colby, the two admins are:

RoflCopterPilotX - NA Team, USA : Lead North American Team Coordinator
Donut - EU Team, UK: Lead European Team Coordinator

(Do not be discouraged to suggest new players to the team if you are not one of the two above. The point of this position is to be at the forefront of organizing everything and making sure that team development goes smoothly. The position is informal and should not discourage players from taking the lead in helping the team develop.)

We hope this "decentralization" offers everyone the ability to the Steam Group more fully to aid CS:GO team-related activities.

It really is a hyper ascendancy on the road to Global ;)

Second Team Meeting Announcement

Hello!

I think last week's meeting was a success: we got to play together and share some really cool knowledge amongst ourselves. We should continue to do that in the same way we did last time, where one guy volunteers to host a Casual server while everyone is in the lobby.

For this meeting, we should consider developing some map-specific strats and playing games like a team against ourselves (i.e. practice taking the same bombsite over and over to improve teamwork, coordination, and map skills).

Moving forward, a tip for the server host that evening (I will not attend, so I will not be fully able to offer support)

In Console:
To make the gamemode competitive: exec gamemode_competitive
To restart the game to confirm changes: mp_restartgame 1
Note: number parameter is in seconds
To let people use console-based cheats (noclip, impulse 101, sv_showgrenadeimpacts 1): sv_cheats 1
To change the map: map [map name: e.g. de_dust2, cs_militia, ar_baggage)

Remember that the meeting is scheduled for Friday, 5/22/15, at 20:00 UTC-0 (or 16:00 EDT), and should last at least an hour.
