大家好 新入隊 人在英國讀書 ONLINE時間集中係香港深夜 請多多指教

需然我無得打，但系我昨日聽團練TS有以下感覺：
1. 新隊員開始時候是比較怕醜，比較少講野，其實無咩問題。不過系隊形同默契未形成之前，多作溝通可以加快進步。
2. 新隊員可以盡量多伙拍固定的(資深)隊員，用以熟識同伴既打法同鞏固隊形。
3. 新隊員必須瞭解同伴在地圖既位置，瞭解他們正負責甚麼工作，以溝通瞭解他們的需要或你需要他們甚麼，從而決定你或他應該去增援、包抄、還是繼續負責現有的工作。引申出黎就系到有良好默契的時候，溝通那部分就可以省去，開始可以自動波。

4. 新隊員需要記得：不是你最擅長的武器決定你負責甚麼工作；而是你擅長甚麼工作來決定你用甚麼武器。
5. 請記得每一種遊戲模式都有攻守的要素，不要只注重攻或守。
6. 我覺得Legend可以更具體教導，或者再分兩邊教。或者讓新隊員spec一下資深隊員，等資深隊員可以直接解釋原因。
