go here, open up steam_appid.txt cjhange 550/590 into 510. then go into the folder called left4dead2, and opean steam.inf and change the same number into 510

then go back to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2
and run left4dead2.exe and voila! enjoy your uncensored l4d2 :D



note, you can not get vac banned for this, it isnt cheating
