Bloodyven0m, paper does not drop. Paper serves no purpose right now, so why is it you are looking for it? I removed it from the loot tables until there is a need for it as all it does currently is waste space. Research Kits do not require paper.

Cw, nothing leads me to believe there is any duping on the server. C4 are not the only way to destroy things, and if they have been farming the materials to create C4 and happened to finally come across a C4 blueprint, it's extremely plausible they had 10-15 C4 to use. The EB clan is on the server more often than anyone else.

Dupers on the server. Possible the EB clan from what the talk around the town is. Basically mine and a friends entire home blown up with c4. With a restart just a few short days ago and them barely being on I dont see how that much c4 is possible. Look into this will you?

Cw, not sure what was going on at the time but my provider has been resetting all servers on a two hour interval due to memory leaks with the latest update.

Bloodyven0m, the server was not updated due to an issue with Rust itself. It is updated now, but there is a temporary wipe until Oxide is updated so that plugins and modifications will work again.

what do i do when it says incompatable versions?
